Minutes Per Application

I am now on the biomedical PhD student admission committee. Each completed application that passes initial screening is assigned to two committee members who help score / rank applications for possible interview. This requires screening through many applications. I have been mindful about doing this as thoroughly but efficiently as possible, and have logged how long I take per application.
