My Sanger Sequencing Lengths

The performance of the Sanger sequencer (and associated reagents) the lab uses is a periodic subject of discussion in the lab (whenever someone suspects it’s not working as it should).  Here’s a running record of my sequencing lengths, for whoever else uses it and wonders about what kind of lengths I’m getting.

Note: Those are boxplots with whiskers removed, so it just shows the interquartile range.
