The Final Countdown
I think it could be an interesting albeit morbid exercise to try to estimate and conceptualize how much time I have left to live (maybe to give myself some sense of urgency and perspective). Well, according to this website, my life expectancy is somewhere around 74.7 years (I’ll come up with more refined estimates sometime in the future). If I use a website like this to add 74 years and 8 months to my birthdate, that puts my (very, very, very rough) estimate on my date of death to be May 2059. Well, here’s a timer for it:
A pretty large number, yes. But that seconds box ticking down still gives some of that (weirdly) desired urgency. Voila!
