While many things changed when we moved from Boston to Seattle, something that didn’t was our near-complete frustration with Comcast. I’ve long ago given up on their customer service, and have just gotten used to expecting service to become interrupted once in a while, and to take a sequential strategy of 1) try resetting the connection through the app, or 2) power-cycling after removing physical connections to the network. We finally may have Centurylink in our area, though who knows if they’ll be able to keep the service up without interruption. At some point, we will certainly be fed up enough to at last see.
